Privacy notice

A plain-language pre-launch description of how Service Calls IQ expects to handle personal information.

Pre-launch draft — not effective. This working text has not been approved by the product owner or legal counsel and must not be relied on as a contract or legal notice. The production launch gate requires approved versions and effective dates.

Scope

This draft covers the public website and planned Service Calls IQ application. Customer organizations control their tenant data; the operator handles platform, account, support, security, billing, and public-intake data under the final agreements and notices.

Information and purpose

Planned categories include account/contact information, company and service-operation records, device and usage data, communications, files/media, provider references, security/audit events, billing tokens and transaction references, and optional support context. Collection must be limited to a documented purpose.

Public requests

The contact and guided-trial forms record the details you submit so the team can respond. They do not create an account or subscribe you to marketing. The pre-launch record is tagged with the notice version presented at submission.

Sharing, location, and retention

Providers, regions, subprocessors, transfer mechanisms, retention periods, deletion propagation, and legal holds remain configuration and approval gates. Service Calls IQ does not sell personal information through this pre-launch site. Final jurisdiction-specific rights and contact methods require counsel and owner approval.

Your choices and requests

The production notice will identify request methods, verification, applicable access/correction/deletion/portability/opt-out/appeal rights, response timing, and exceptions. Do not send sensitive information through a public sales form.
