Accessibility statement

A pre-launch statement of the product’s accessibility target and validation approach.

Pre-launch draft — not effective. This working text has not been approved by the product owner or legal counsel and must not be relied on as a contract or legal notice. The production launch gate requires approved versions and effective dates.

Target

Public, account, application, portal, administrative, mobile, commerce, and Remote Assist surfaces target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is a design and testing target, not a certification.

Validation approach

Release gates combine semantic HTML, keyboard and focus testing, contrast and non-color review, reflow/zoom, error and status announcements, reduced motion, touch target review, automated analysis, and representative screen-reader testing. Automation alone is not treated as proof.

Known status

The product is under active pre-launch implementation. A complete manual accessibility review, supported browser/assistive-technology matrix, feedback channel, remediation process, and approved effective statement are still required before launch.
